Alignment - as it pertains to the physical body - is a practice that enhances movement.  Some areas in which Alignment Science is essential for growth,  improvement or just feeling good include:


  1. - Fitness Yoga in it’s many forms.  (Some refer to this as Asana)

  2. - Fitness Training of all kinds

  3. - Athletics of all sorts

  4. - Physical Therapy of all kinds

  5. - Work environments

  6. - Meditative practices of the mind

  7. - Walking, sitting, and general movement.


The purpose and intent of this website is to provide information about the origin of (Hathaway) Alignment Yoga, provide information about current Bunting Method practices, and share with others some of the elements that have impacted my life in a positive way.
